If You're Already at the Airport (Day of Travel): Speak directly with a Customer Service Agent or Gate Agent for any last-minute changes. They can help fastest.

Running Late or About to Miss Your Flight? Call or text Paul at 208-407-8127 immediately so he can assist you as quickly as possible. If you don't hear from him, keep calling until you get him!!

Making a Change in Advance? Email admin@aeromkg.com with
FLIGHT CHANGE NEEDED in Subject line. Write the specific change (from this to that) — and, if you’ve already made the change yourself (which is ok), please email admin@aeromkg.com so we can update the details (flight, time, etc.).

When picking up a rental car for AERO Marketing Group, please do not Select any additional options at the counter. This includes;
• declining all insurance coverage (AERO rentals have the damage waiver)
• do not choose the prepaid fuel option (you are responsible for stopping and filling the tank prior to returning the vehicle)
• do not add any extras such as GPS, satellite radio, or roadside assistance.
Please stick to the base rental only. These guidelines help us keep our travel costs consistent and ensure smooth billing and compliance across all rentals.
Before you leave and when you return the car** PLEASE MAKE SURE to video tape the car to show the state its in and where it is parked. Include both Interior and exterior – pan slowly. Talk and point out damage if you see any and where you dropped it off. Thanks!
